I Love This!

These are little baby orphans who made pals and are buddies now.

I wonder what will happen when they get older? Will they tear each other to pieces? Hope not!

Anyway, this appeals to the 5th grade girl in me! Loves it!

Smarter than most Celebs

I have been lucky enough to go to a "bird nerd" lecture with Dr. Irene Pepperberg, who has done amazing studies with African Grey Parrots.

She has done a 30- year plus study with the parrots. She tried to teach them to distinguish between different sorts of matter, different colors and shapes. Alex could say the answer to her questions most of the time...it was pretty cool.

Check it out if you are interested. Click away: http://www.alexfoundation.org/

If you are interested let me know and I'll post video.

It is pretty amazing but I don't want to bore the non-animal people.

One of my Favorite Songs Ever

I love the song KISS OFF by the Violent Femmes

Check it out

I need someone a person to talk to
Someone whod care to love
Could it be you could it be you
Situation gets rough then I start to panic
Its not enough its just a habit
Hey kid your sick well darling this is it
You can all just kiss off into the air
Behind my back I can see them stare
Theyll hurt me bad but I wont mind
Theyll hurt me bad they do it all the time
Yeah yeah they do it all the time
I hope you know this will go down
On your permanent record
Oh yeah well dont get so distressed
Did I happen to mention that Im impressed
I take one one one cause you left me and
Two two two for my family and
3 3 3 for my heartache and
4 4 4 for my headaches and
5 5 5 for my lonely and
6 6 6 for my sorrow and
7 7 for no tomorrow and
8 8 I forget what 8 was for and
9 9 9 for a lost God and

I'm a High -Definition Trash Picker

The Best of the Worst TV Shows this Season:

The Hills

Boring Lauren and her boring gang take on LA...yawn!
But I do think LC is a boring beauty

Maui Fever

The sleeziest and juiciest new drama since Laguna Beach.

Watching the stoners is kind of fun!

Top Design

This is nowhere near Top Chef or Project Runway...but I still watch!

I hardly care who wins!

The Apprentice

I don't even watch this at all but I love this picture!

I want that sweater..WTF!

Gumby rules!

What are your favorites?
Don't be embarrassed...we all love it!

This is So Old but then So Am I

Did you ever watch Top Chef?

I was obsessed!

I wanted Sam to win;he seemed like the better and most creative chef by far!

I hated Ilan..he was such an immature ass..and a so-so chef.

Even the socially-retarded Marcel would have been better.

Hey Ya'll

This is the famed Yellow Bellied Sapsucker!

Yes, it is real...it is a woodpecker that drinks sap from trees.

I just spied one in Morro bay , California...so cute!
