This bird is called a Cedar Waxwing
If you click to enlarge the second photo you can see where he got his name.His wings look like they have been dipped in wax. So neat.
These are for you POP, because they are Fantastic birds.
I have seen them flying in big flocks while migrating. So beautiful!
